KDC completed our first Five Below located in the Tempe Marketplace. Five Below Inc. is a publicly held chain of discount stores for products that cost up to $5. Our new clients were extremely pleased with the finished store and expressed that more Five Below store builds will likely be coming our way.
The completed Chipotle is in the heart of Santa Monica. The KDC team was able to preserve and restore some of the original structural features including the front brick wall – maintaining the building’s character amidst all the new flare!
