Why KDC
I have built many great projects in my career but nothing compares to working with great people. I have had the privilege of working with some of the best and most dedicated management, office personnel, and field staff here at KDC. One of my favorite things is when I see a team member have a shift in the way they view their role from ‘working at a job’ to ‘becoming part of the KDC family.’
Here at KDC I've changed the way I work on job sites. The support for the field allows me to do what I enjoy the most – building things. I’m proud of the many jobs I’ve completed, the relationships I've built, and the good people I get to work with every day. The KDC Team synergy is what makes the excellence possible.

Every time we are awarded a project that I coordinated on, I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. Or when we pass a building KDC built, I tell my family, "the company I work for built that." It's cool to see the physical fruits of all the labor behind the scenes that got it all started. My favorite thing about KDC is that the employees are all like family. We all support each other through personal milestones, both good and bad. We jump in when one of us is overwhelmed and we always get along. KDC is full of funny, caring, and selfless people.
