In keeping with Shake Shack’s commitment to green architecture and eco-friendly construction, the 3,482 sf restaurant’s tabletops were produced using reclaimed bowling alley lanes, chairs feature sustainable materials, and the booths used lumber certified by the Forest Stewardship Council
