KDC completed a Starbucks Military Family Store in Port Hueneme, CA. This Starbucks store is dedicated to the men and women united by their courage to serve our country; a place to work, to unwind, to gather, to connect and to build a stronger community.
KDC employees enjoyed a soft opening at Snooze AM Eatery that benefited special charity partners in the Orange community… The 4,200 sf restaurant is known for its 50s diner style and splendid entrees.

Had a great time at the grand opening ribbon cutting for the Mission Valley Shake Shack. This is the second Shake Shack location built by KDC in the San Diego area.
KDC just completed its first Shake Shack at the Westfield UTC in San Diego. Unique store features include exterior angled storefront glass with finned awnings, a suspended western redwood cedar trellis ceiling running the length of the interior dining area, and corrugated black anodized aluminum framing the service counter.
As one of the largest Starbucks Reserve coffee bars in the Sacramento region, this newly completed store features large open spaces, low communal tables, and a welcoming bar where you can engage the baristas as they work their magic. Especially noteworthy among its unique features are repurposed bleacher seats and a wood soffit crafted from recycled gymnasium floor boards.
KDC completed another successful Habit Burger Grill project at the Yorba Linda Town Center (YLTC); a new pedestrian-friendly, high-end retail, entertainment, and restaurant project located in the heart of Yorba Linda, CA.
