Pizza Hut
KDC completed a remodel for Pizza Hut in Anaheim, CA that included an upgrade to an open kitchen and dining room, plus a variety of modern ambient lighting features.
Petco
KDC completed construction on a Petco remodel in Huntington Beach, CA. The scope of work included an expansion of an in-store full service veterinary hospital, operated by Thrive. Additional space was transformed into waiting room, x-ray room, treatment room, surgery room, work room, and four exam rooms…
Burlington
Burlington distribution centers ship millions of merchandise items millions of miles each year. With the warm summer months approaching, the KDC team is currently upgrading the mechanical systems, installing ARUs and chillers at two Burlington distribution centers in San Bernardino.
Starbucks
KDC had the privilege to transform the historic Gilmore Gas Station into a Starbucks Drive-Thru. The team just received notice that the project has been recognized by the Los Angeles Conservancy and KDC was presented a 2018 Preservation Award! KDC is grateful for the opportunity to participate in the ongoing effort to revitalize Los Angeles’ rich architectural and cultural heritage.
