KDC celebrated a Chick-fil-A grand re-opening in Oceanside, CA! This existing store remodel included a building expansion to increase the kitchen size, a complete interior renovation of the dining room, double-lane drive-thru order points, and a pass-thru lane to increase drive-thru efficiency.
Our KDC Team renovated an existing 2,884 sf Starbucks in 14 days! The project included new casework and equipment, an extension of the existing hard-lid ceiling/soffit, and the addition of a new full height partition at the hot bar. KDC also installed new lighting, artwork, wood cladding, wall finishes, and polished concrete floors in the café and meeting room.
The KDC Team celebrated the grand re-opening of this Starbucks located in Monrovia, CA. This was the first Starbucks we’ve constructed with a double drive-thru.
KDC delivered a Ralphs remodel in Carson, CA which included an interior paint and décor package.
For Ross in Pittsburg, CA, KDC remodeled the façade and main entrance including the sidewalks, accessibility ramps, and parking stalls. During the remodel, the Ross store remained fully operational for its customers.
KDC converted a Save Mart Supermarket into a FoodMaxx, beginning with a complete demo of the existing sales floor to bare concrete floor and open stud. The build-out includes all new refrigerated and frozen cases, restrooms, lighting, soffits, finishes, and storefront – which includes the new FoodMaxx prototype façade.
Our KDC Team celebrated the re-opening of Ralphs located in Woodland Hills, CA following upgrades to the bakery, deli, produce, meat, and seafood departments. The décor installed is Ralphs newest look in their Fresh Fare stores which includes new paint, sales floor, and refrigerated cases.
