KDC delivered a 2,500 sf Chipotle ground-up project in Tucson, AZ in 16 weeks! The store features a Chipotlane, delivering mobile orders to customers via a drive-thru window. The kitchen layout includes Chipotle’s updated design for a secondary preparation line, allowing employees to fill drive-thru orders without affecting customer flow in the dining room.

KDC recently completed Amy’s Drive Thru in Roseville, CA. Amy’s is committed to sustainability and the building incorporates many sustainable attributes, including a living roof. The entrance features a “green machine” – a Triumph GT6 repurposed and painted as a growth vehicle for flowers and plants.
