KDC completed a remodel for Starbucks located in Los Angeles, CA off Highland & Willoughby. The new store features a second drive-thru lane, a new hydraulic door, an upgraded walk-up window, new landscaping, and a new patio design with seating for 25 people. KDC completed the original conversion of the historical Gilmore Gas Station to a Starbucks in 2015, recognized at that time by the Los Angeles Conservancy for a 2018 Preservation Award.
