KDC delivered a 2,500 sf Chipotle ground-up project in Tucson, AZ in 16 weeks! The store features a Chipotlane, delivering mobile orders to customers via a drive-thru window. The kitchen layout includes Chipotle’s updated design for a secondary preparation line, allowing employees to fill drive-thru orders without affecting customer flow in the dining room.

This ground-up project’s highlights include solar features, 11 EV charging prep stations, and bio infiltration/pervious pavers to manage rainwater onsite. KDC recently completed Amy’s Drive Thru in Roseville, CA. Amy’s is committed to sustainability and the building incorporates many sustainable attributes, including a living roof. The entrance features a “green machine” – a Triumph GT6 repurposed and painted as a growth vehicle for flowers and plants.
