Rite Aid
We recently opened the doors to the fourth Rite Aid ground-up delivered by KDC, this one in Long Beach, CA. We’re looking forward to building many more for this terrific new customer!
Quick Quack Car Wash
We had a great time at the ribbon cutting for the new Quick Quack Car Wash in Citrus Heights! This is the first ground-up car wash build for KDC and we’re proud of the results – a big thank you to the Quick Quack team!
Central Food Hall
The Central Food Hall project included partial demolition of the existing 19,274 SF building and the construction of a new 5,325 SF shell building with new outdoor patio areas for restaurants. The project also included site improvements in addition to new parking spaces and landscaping improvements.
Restaurant Depot
KDC built a tilt-wall building for the wholesale market with a new 5,850 sf parking canopy, 5,377 sf freezer, and 10,975 sf cooler. KDC also developed the site for parking, drainage, truck traffic, and landscaping.
Panera Bread
This 4,300 sf ground-up Panera Bread Drive Thru in San Bernardino features their latest materials and finishes, improved lighting, elevated bakery presentation, and a new furniture design. The updated layout provides a better flow for the customer dining room experience that seamlessly integrates the queue, hot and cold beverage service, and pickup/to-go zones.
