The completed Chick-fil-A restaurant located in West Covina has a dual drive-thru, 90-seat dining room, and a patio for 36 guests.  This is the second Chick-fil-A to open in the San Gabriel Valley this year; the first is at the Westfield Santa Anita in Arcadia (also built by KDC!)…

This site is a “drive-thru” style, a new corporate design with outdoor seating and walk-up windows for ordering, and is one of 10 Chick-fil-A stores opening this year in the Los Angeles-metro area.

KDC completed a ground-up 4,584 sf Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Poway Town and Country Center. The new restaurant includes a two-story playground, a two-lane drive-thru, an outdoor patio, and seating for 122 people!

KDC received the Chick-fil-A 2019 Project Schedule of the Year Award for Redondo Beach ground-up project.  The newly constructed restaurant features double-ordering drive-thru lanes that merge into a single payment lane, two walk-up ordering windows, and a 24-seat patio.
