KDC completed this Starbucks in Stevenson Ranch, CA. This ground-up project’s highlights include solar features, 11 EV charging prep stations, and bio infiltration/pervious pavers to manage rainwater onsite. The store also features a Spanish clay tile roof, tower elements to house the rooftop equipment, architectural stackable stone on the columns, and a smooth Travertino finish applied to exterior of the building.
