KDC celebrated the grand opening of a 31,000 sf Nordstrom Rack in Oceanside, CA. This new location is the 6th Rack location in San Diego County and has joined the lineup of big-name retailers at Pacific Coast Plaza, located off Jefferson Street and Vista Way.
