KDC completed a Chipotle in Northridge, CA featuring a “Chipotlane;” essentially a drive-thru with the major difference being that customers preorder their meal on the Chipotle app or using their online form. After placing the order, customers can pull up to the Chipotlane window at the specified time, speeding up the entire pickup process as the meal has already been paid for at the time of the online order!
