KDC delivered a 2,300 sf project for Chipotle in 10 weeks. This Surprise, AZ full tenant improvement buildout includes light structural, mechanical/electrical, and plumbing including all new underground utilities, concrete slab, framing/drywall, finishes and kitchen equipment. The KDC Team will be starting two more projects for Chipotle in the Arizona region, one in Phoenix and another in Flagstaff!
