The Starbucks located at 15300 Sunset Boulevard in Pacific Palisades underwent significant interior renovation in 2024. Housed within a historic building commissioned in 1924, this 1,980-sf space required careful modernization to meet contemporary standards while preserving its architectural heritage.

The project included a full interior remodel with the construction of new non-bearing partition walls, updated accessible restrooms, and a complete overhaul of beverage preparation areas. Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, new flooring, and open ceilings were installed to elevate the customer experience. Lighting and HVAC systems were also modernized, and the team trenched through existing concrete slabs to update plumbing and electrical infrastructure. In addition, enhancements were made to the building’s exterior to align with the refreshed interior.
