Burlington distribution centers ship millions of merchandise items millions of miles each year. With the warm summer months approaching, the KDC team is currently upgrading the mechanical systems, installing ARUs and chillers at two Burlington distribution centers in San Bernardino.
KDC had the privilege to transform the historic Gilmore Gas Station into a Starbucks Drive-Thru. The team just received notice that the project has been recognized by the Los Angeles Conservancy and KDC was presented a 2018 Preservation Award! KDC is grateful for the opportunity to participate in the ongoing effort to revitalize Los Angeles’ rich architectural and cultural heritage.
Completed in the summer of 2016, KDC built this project for Sodexo at City of Hope Hospital in Duarte, CA. An outdoor patio space was converted into an interior Starbucks-branded café.

KDC transformed an existing Petco into a PetCoach in San Marcos, CA. PetCoach, is committed to providing the best care, resources, products and services to help you and your pet live the happiest and healthiest life together. The 15,000 sf facility includes a grooming room, training room, animal hospital, day care, self-washroom, supplies and products.
KDC celebrated the grand opening for Northgate Market in Rancho Dominguez, CA! The ribbon cutting ceremony included a blessing over the market, a performance from a mariachi band, and free treats!
The nearly 4,000 sf store is a bright and airy pink-and-metal space, with a pick-up window, outside seating, and an invitingly large image of a Milk Bar birthday cake on the pink outer wall of the building. The building features a takeout restaurant, tasting room, and commercial catering kitchen.
KDC completed a remodel for El Super in Oceanside, CA that included upgrades to the bakery/tortilla and deli departments.
KDC has built 125,000 sf of mezzanine space with 2 additional stories into the 1,000,000 sf distribution center and renovated the 3rd floor of the warehouse.
