KDC renovated an existing 4,200 sf building for Chick-fil-A in Phoenix, AZ. This remodel project included heavy structural changes, full-site landscaping, major modifications to the drive-thru lane, new delivery doors, playroom alterations, and a freshly designed walk-up mobile order pick-up window.
Ralphs
KDC completed a full Ralphs remodel including improvements to the meat, deli, bakery, and produce departments. KDC also upgraded the resurfaced floors and added new décor.

KDC renovated the 254,798 sf Sorrento Food Court in San Diego, CA. The Rebel Design Group provided material finishes that were imported from Italy during challenging times with shipping, port quarantine, and delivery to project.

KDC celebrated a Chick-fil-A grand re-opening in Oceanside, CA! This existing store remodel included a building expansion to increase the kitchen size, a complete interior renovation of the dining room, double-lane drive-thru order points, and a pass-thru lane to increase drive-thru efficiency.
