
Mental Health Awareness Month
In May, we recognized Mental Health Awareness Month by encouraging our teams to pause, reflect, and care for their mental well-being. We launched a 30-Day Challenge for Positive Mental Wellbeing to inspire daily self-care habits across the company.
From writing gratitude lists to getting outside in nature, reconnecting with friends, trying new hobbies, and even taking social media breaks, each day offered a simple yet impactful activity to promote mindfulness, connection, and inner peace.
