We proudly attended the grand opening ceremony for Sonic Drive-In at the Renaissance Marketplace in Rialto, CA – the first Sonic Drive-In completed by KDC! This new store will add 80 jobs to the community.
Stabucks
Our KDC Team transformed an existing bank to a Starbucks community store. KDC built both the shell and tenant improvement for the clients. The store includes bio retention basins used to slow and treat on-site storm water runoff.
Shake Shack
This 4,499 sf Shake Shack restaurant includes outdoor dining and sun room with floor-to-ceiling opening windows along 2 walls – creating a customer patio with polished floors and wood-clad walls. The building features solar panels and bike lockers, including power for electric bikes. KDC is thrilled to participate in Shake Shack’s continued regional expansion!
