KDC celebrated the grand opening of Chick-fil-A in Chula Vista, CA! The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony with performances by the Chula Vista Middle School Cheer Team and guitar students. Attendees also paused to honor our veterans. The Chula Vista West restaurant joins more than 20 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider San Diego market.
KDC completed the ground-up construction of a new Starbucks in Oxnard, featuring a 15-car stack drive-thru, a vibrant community mural, and a modern coffee house interior. This project also connects to our recently completed In-N-Out project’s shared drive aisle, with new street islands and turn-in approaches enhancing access.
