KDC recently completed ground-up construction for this new Starbucks in Santa Clarita, CA. The store features new digital menu boards, an extended drive-thru lane, an EV charging station, a new partner break station, and an architectural patio with stone columns. Most notably, the structure’s historical and iconic clock tower was preserved and repainted.
Shake Shack
KDC participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony in honor of the grand opening of the second Shake Shack in Orange County and 47th in California! KDC recently completed ground-up construction of Southwest Riverside County’s newest Chick-fil-A, located at the intersection of Hwy 215 and Clinton Keith Rd in Murrieta! The 5,137 sf restaurant features a two-lane drive-thru capable of accommodating up to 36 vehicles simultaneously. As part of their grand opening tradition, the restaurant honored 100 local heroes with complimentary meals for an entire year!

KDC celebrated the grand opening of Chick-fil-A in Menifee, CA. The restaurant is at 29847 Haun Road in Newport Town Square. This is Menifee’s first Chick-fil-A drive-thru and to celebrate, Chick-fil-A gave 100 “local heroes” free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year! #grandopening
