This 4,300 sf ground-up Panera Bread Drive Thru in San Bernardino features their latest materials and finishes, improved lighting, elevated bakery presentation, and a new furniture design. The updated layout provides a better flow for the customer dining room experience that seamlessly integrates the queue, hot and cold beverage service, and pickup/to-go zones.

The Colton (CA) Gateway Shopping Center project includes a 7,700 sf retail building demised into three spaces, where KDC completed a tenant improvement project for The Habit Burger Grill
The Cracker Barrel family restaurant has a Cracker Barrel store that offers home decor, clothing, toys, curios, and fun Americana-themed gift items. The dining area is accented with items from Cracker Barrel’s antique warehouse in Lebanon, Tennessee. The Rialto location includes a long porch lined with relaxing rocking chairs that may also be purchased.
KDC completed a ground-up Chipotle in Tempe, AZ with a new restaurant design including an urban storefront and a standalone location with a “Chipotlane,” its drive-thru lanes for digital orders.
Our first ground-up for Surf Thru Express, KDC completed a 5,500 sf self-service car wash in Pleasanton, CA. KDC completed a second Surf Thru Express Car Wash remodel in Austin and are in the process of working on another in Pflugerville, TX!
We opened the doors to the fifth Rite Aid ground-up delivered by KDC, this one in Valley Center, CA. The 11,000 sf store includes the world famous hand-dipped Thrifty Ice Cream and a drive-thru Pharmacy.
