Happy campers – soon to be happy Chick-fil-A customers! Chick-fil-A held a “First 100 Campout” party for diehard fans who lined up 24 hours in advance of the Chick-fil-A Monterey Park, CA opening. The new store will also bring 100 new jobs to the city!

KDC completed a structure to house the “Crouching Spider” sculpture by artist Louise Bourgeois at The Donum Estate winery in Sonoma, CA. The sculpture at Donum is the first of the now iconic large-scale spiders that the artist created and is made of steel, allowing the welding marks to complement its lifelike appearance.
What an incredible honor we had to be a part of Chick-fil-A “Premiere Night” at the Delta Shores center in Sacramento. We enjoyed backstage tours and lots of yummy chicken! Needless to say, VIP Night at Chick-fil-A was a blast!
KDC completed a site build and construction of multiple pads with a retail shell building for Fountainhead Development at the burgeoning West Creek Village center in Santa Clarita.
We just turned over two new retail shell buildings providing a combined 15,000 square feet for developer Regency Centers in the growing Tustin Ranch area.
This stunning structure houses a great room and lounge, private tasting suites, a catering kitchen, and administrative offices. Features include imported European wide oak plank flooring, large custom skylights, and recessing sliding glass doors that open the rooms to the vineyard grounds…
This Mission Viejo ranch style design is the third successful Rite Aid ground-up delivered by KDC. (Never content to rest, a fourth is on the way… Stay tuned!)
After patiently waiting overnight, these happy campers (and dedicated customers) were the first to enjoy the new Whittier Chick-fil-A The unanimous consensus is that it was worth the wait – we of course agree!
