Placentia Village Plaza
The Placentia Village Plaza is a 7,000 SF 1-story commercial shell that accommodates four tenants. Current tenants include a Starbucks drive-thru and a Chipotle, delivered by KDC. The building incorporates Spanish style architecture which features design elements as clay tile, smooth stucco finishes, and decorative metal-work along each of the building’s facades.
The Habit Burger Grill
The Habit Burger Grill is firing up in Manteca, CA. The newly constructed 2,901 sf store includes indoor dining for 78 people, a 309 sf patio for outdoor dining, and a drive-thru window. KDC is proud to be a part of the Habit Burger Grill expansion!

This newly constructed Chick-fil-A restaurant is in the Sycamore Square shopping center, at what had been a Denny’s for more than 45 years. The nearly 5,000 sf restaurant includes a two-story playground, a two-lane drive-thru designed to handle up to 200 cars per hour, and indoor seating for 107 people.
